I wanted to share some positive feedback regarding a recent recruitment process. Another HR Analyst provided support to Jim and Juan throughout this particular recruitment, and they were consistently impressed by the professionalism and collaboration displayed. The HR Analyst commended Jim and Juan for their positive attitude, flexibility, understanding, and respect for the partnership at each step of the process.
As the recruitment comes to a close, what stood out most to the HR Analyst was how effectively the hiring managers summarized their recommendations, ensuring that the administrative team had everything needed to move forward with their recommendation. It was a textbook example of how we encourage our hiring managers to manage the process, and all key components were clearly demonstrated.
