David Sedillo, the Director of Public Works, came and spoke with me on Thursday regarding comments made by a Mrs. Gardea who recently came into Customer Central looking for help getting her utilities started.
She expressed to Mr. Sedillo how wonderful, patient, and kind Jamar was in providing her with assistance in getting her utilities situated at a rental property, as it was her first time going through that process. She was very pleased and happy to have been treated that way as other utility companies have not been so accommodating.
