3.1 Case 26SU0501182: Sonoma Ranch North Phase 6 Alternative Cross-Section
- A request for approval of an alternate road cross-section for typical local roadways associated with a subdivision known as Sonoma Ranch North Phase 6.
- The request proposes to modify the required local roadway cross-section to match the existing local roadway cross-sections found in the previously developed phases of the Sonoma Ranch North Master Plan area.
- Per Section 38.2.C.1.b of the City of Las Cruces Development Code the DRC reserves the right to require additional or reduced improvements and/or right-of-way as necessary to meet City goals and plans.
- The subdivision zoned NH-1.S (Neighborhood-1 Suburban) encompasses approximately 24.89 acres and is located generally east of Sonoma Ranch Boulevard north of the Alameda Arroyo.
