The City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Department will begin accepting lottery registration applications for the 2025 Summer Recreation Program at 8 a.m. Monday, May 5. Registration will continue through Friday, May 16, or until capacity is reached.

Registration is available online at www.lascruces.gov/play and in person at the following locations during regular business hours:
•    Parks and Recreation Administration Office, 1501 E. Hadley Ave.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday
•    Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
•    Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center, 1401 E. Hadley Ave.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday
•    Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday

Lottery selection is the only method of enrollment. Selected participants will be notified by email or text message on Thursday, May 22. Winning lottery numbers will also be posted at the locations listed above.

Program Schedule:
7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, through Friday, July 18
Note: No programming on Wednesday, June 19, or Friday, July 4

Cost:
$40 per participant. Payment is due by Friday, May 30, if selected.
Additional fees may apply for field trips.

Eligibility:
Open to students in kindergarten through fifth grade (2024–2025 school year). Proof of grade may be required.
Program Locations:
•    Jornada Elementary School, 3400 Elks Drive
•    Loma Heights Elementary School, 1600 E. Madrid Ave.
•    Mesa Middle School, 7225 N. Jornada Road
